Working Method

   

SDG New Media is a creative and innovative organisation aiming to deliver unfair marketing advantage to its customers. Whilst innovative and fresh, we follow a well-proven engagement model that ensures clients have regular checkpoints and opportunities to steer the project. The method we have developed, which is proprietary, is one called “MOSIDPAR”, which stands for:

  • Objective Setting

  • Success Definition

  • Information Gathering

  • Design

  • Planning

  • Action and Testing

  • Reviewing

We always execute the first three steps at our own commercial risk. When the client and we are sure that the requirements, project scope, estimates and success criteria are clearly defined we then proceed with information gathering, story-boarding or prototyping and implementation.
